Seeking customer service specialists for Customer Service & Licence Testing Officer Roles in Pakenham

Your new company

This long-established public service organisation services millions of Victorians every year. With branches all over Victoria, they are vital in servicing their immediate community and the wider state by ensuring road safety for all licenced drivers and registered vehicles. They are currently seeking expressions of interest from multiple experienced customer service professionals to join their cluster of offices in the South East, Pakenham, in the capacity of Customer Service & Licence Testing Officers. PLEASE NOTE: This is an expression of interest only for upcoming roles.

Your new role

You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment as a highly valued member of the customer service team. The role entails extensive off

What you'll need to succeed
- Must have recent face to face customer service experience
- A current Victorian FULL driving licence with a clean driving history
- Must be available to work over a 5-day roster averaging 20 - 38 hours per week
- You will need to be flexible to work across the other branches within the cluster, such as Dandenong.
- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
- Must be able to work in a busy, high-volume role
- Must be resilient, patient and able to remain calm in high pressure situations.
- You must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen to be considered for this position due to the ongoing nature of these roles.
