- What role you will play?As a Senior Leader in Operational Risk, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive frameworks for technology risk, providing guidance, oversight, assurance, and insights. Partnering with first-line teams, you will embed robust risk management practices, promote high control standards, and challenge exposures related to technology risk.
Your role will involve delivering actionable insights, supporting the business in managing emerging risks, and enhancing reporting mechanisms to identify vulnerabilities and drive risk reduction. Your strategic vision and expertise will be essential in proactively identifying and managing emerging threats, ensuring our risk management practices are effective and forward-thinking.
- What you offer- 5+ years’ of experience in a Business Analyst role with experience in Regulatory Projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to unpack ambiguous requirements, analyse and propose solutions in a pragmatic manner to stakeholders
- Extensive and demonstrated experience analysing business requirements across a complex portfolio of initiatives
- Experience interpreting and translating analysis results into insightful, clear and succinct functional documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

- About the Risk Management GroupIn our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
