As Digital Manager, your role is vital in ensuring that our ‘digital shopfront’, our Endeavour Foundation group websites, provide the people we support, their decision makers and the industry with the information they need in the way they need it.

**A little bit about the role**:
This role will create sustainable growth across all Endeavour Foundation services and drive engagement by leading the management and optimisation of Endeavour Foundation Group’s websites and digital presence. You will have accountability for the strategic direction and day to day management of all of Endeavour Foundation’s external website platforms as well as, UX/UI, SEO and Marketing Automation. Working with our Marketing and Brand Teams, you will develop a strong understanding of our audiences and tailor our website experiences to appropriately take people through the journey of awareness to enquiry. As our expert in website personalisation, you will drive our personalisation road map, creating optimal paths for driving enquiries through this channel.
With a strong focus on reporting and insights, you will proactively work with the Brand and Marketing teams to ensure this channel is working to support our wider organisational objectives and will have a strong continuous improvement focus.
Managing a team of 5, you will be a strong leader who has the right technical background to support strategy development along with strong people leadership skills to empower your team to deliver.
- Lead and champion a performance-focused culture, with reporting and data at the heart of decision making.
- Be able to turn data in to usable insights and work with the Marketing and Brand teams to optimise on site engagement and drive enquiry growth
- Collaborate with the campaigns team to plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives
- Be well versed in developing online personalisation strategies with demonstrated understanding of the different needs for different audiences
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to understand business drivers and outcomes and translate these to digital strategies
- Lead the development and evaluation of the organisations digital web platforms including Endeavour Foundation, Community Solutions Group, Fundraising, Kingaroy Kitchen and Qart
- Own the Sitecore CMS, ensuring business requirements are met, and automation capabilities are maximised.
- Design and implement a website personalisation roadmap for the Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions Group websites including appropriate success metrics
- Working with the SEO Specialist, provide guidance and direction on SEO across all platforms and work with the content team to develop SEO friendly content
- Lead the team in best practice UX and UI, to ensure an optimal end to end digital customer experience.
- Lead the team in digital technology, marketing automation and personalisation
- Analyse, report on and provide insights relating to website performance, site traffic, competitor activity and other key metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools.
- Provide effective leadership and a clear sense of direction to the Digital Marketing team, demonstrating leadership competencies aligned to the leadership framework and role modelling Endeavour Foundation values and behaviours.
- Coach and develop the Digital team on the importance of their role in the marketing ecosystem and the importance of their work to aligned success.
- Work with other Marketing Leaders to a drive a ‘One Marketing Team’ approach.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital experience.
