**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Chatswood, NSW 2067** you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**This role requires a reliable carer to assist our clients in the Chatswood, NSW 2067 area with Companion Care, Transport Service and Domestic Assistance, it will be 2hrs per week.**

**The roster will be as below**:

- **Either Tuesday or Wednesday around lunch time - to take client out**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Please note this is a temporary role that lasts for 6 weeks however there is the potential to pick up shifts with other clients in the surrounding areas on an ongoing basis.
