**Exciting opportunity to join SA’s iconic RAA**:

- **Full-time permanent | Adelaide CBD | WFH Flex**

This pivotal role will see you responsible for the provision of quality support to the Governance and Risk Team. This position encompasses a wide range of duties including research, administration, record management, and report compilation, as well as stakeholder liaison for legal, governance, and external complaints work. As a key player within our organisation, you will ensure the smooth operation of our Governance and Risk activities through your proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
- Actively seek and propose enhancements in Governance and Risk Team processes to boost accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of databases to support Governance and Risk activities.
- Support the preparation of Board/Committee materials, as well as compile risk, compliance, and dispute resolution reports.
- Prepare and gather necessary documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory submissions.
- Conduct targeted legal, compliance, and policy research as needed.
- Aid in identifying and understanding legal and regulatory obligations.

**About you**
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, complemented by a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling effective communication and relationship-building.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office programs, facilitating efficient and professional document and presentation creation.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, including adeptness in presentation, necessary for clear and impactful information dissemination.
- Maintains a strong sense of professionalism, capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Shows initiative, flexibility, and adaptability, responding proactively to changing situations and business requirements.
