About the Role
- Proactively engage with a continuing education program for all Donation and Production staff members and enhance professional knowledge and skills by disseminating professional development information to staff. - Prepare documentation for inventory and statistical data, as well as maintain computer database records of donor patient information and tissue grafts. Participate in projects within the field of tissue donation and production, as required, under the supervision of a more experienced staff member. This may include service improvement projects, and the development of new policies and procedures. - Ensure availability of equipment, consumables and necessary linen for tissue processing and packaging, including checking stock levels, ordering/storing supplies, and the organisation of sterilisation in accordance with established protocols.
