**What You'll Be Doing**
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting residents during mealtimes and ensuring a dignified dining experience
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintaining safety and infection control standards

**About You**
We’re looking for individuals who are not only qualified but genuinely care.

**Essential**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit for safe manual handling tasks
- Confident using tablets/smartphones for work purposes
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Two recent managerial references
- Police Check (we cover the cost)

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience in Residential Aged Care
- Medication Administration Certification
