About the role
Research, design and implement improvements in patient access to outpatient services across Metro North Hospital and Health Service Outpatient departments.

- Ability to provide authoritative written advice to Executive and senior management on a range of complex organisational issues and ability to prepare complex ministerial briefings and reports

- Ability to project manage service improvements in a complex health service delivery setting through stages of development, coordination, implementation and evaluation
