You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is successfully delivered on time with another key focus being on safety and ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation. **DUTIES.** - WHS Management - Manage Sub-Contractors and Tradesmen - Assisting and working closely with the Site Manager - Managing scope of works to ensure site-based activities are planned and delivered in advance of their target date **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.** - A Tertiary qualification - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience managing sub-contractors and tradesmen - Strong record of stability with previous employers - Commercial, new build experience is advantageous **CULTURE.** This top tier construction company showcases a collaborative team environment, ensuring staff morale is kept at a high level with regular team outings.
