**Description**:
**About the Role**:
Dynamics G-Ex are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our fantastic team as a Product/Category Manager.

In this important role, you will be responsible for managing our diverse product range, including our hire division, and driving their success. This is a full-time position based within our Malaga, WA Office.

**Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Develop strong product knowledge to assist with product management and sales training.
- Support the Head of Innovation in researching and developing new concepts.
- Oversee the hire division, ensuring the efficient preparation of machinery and delivering on revenue targets.
- Assist the Innovation and Marketing teams in bringing new products to market.
- Maintain data and reporting on both existing and potential products.
- Collaborate in maintaining the long-term innovation strategy for the company.

Manage the process and performance of the hire business unit, from a marketing/sales perspective as well as granular process and operational viewpoint.
