Victor Harbor Holiday Park, nestled along South Australia’s stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, offers an idyllic escape for families and nature enthusiasts alike. Are you an experienced, Handyperson, with a passion to add value? You'll be part of a hard working small Team reporting to the Park Manager. Your problem solving skills and existing maintenance skills will help you in this role. You'll have flexibility to work on weekends as required. **This is a part-time role offering 16 hours per week.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Incidental maintenance repairs in rooms, amenities and other facilities.
- Incidental customer service assistance with in-room repairs.
- Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs - painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware.
- Maintenance of grounds and gardens

**What you’ll bring**:

- A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
- Good time management and an eye for detail
- An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
- Demonstrable experience in property maintenance.
- Plumbing or electrical trades/certificates a bonus
- Experience with power tools
- The ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge and understanding of safe working procedures
- Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history
- Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a reasonable level of fitness
