Our Melbourne based Sales team are now seeking a talented, self-motivated and passionate individual to join our successful team.

Assisting the Account and admin support manager, this position will oversee the shipment, day-to-day orders, and end-customer relationship for our branded and Private label business.

**Duties**
- Process our weekly orders with our retail customer
- Prepare and organise online orders
- Review and assist import shipment
- Maintain records of current contracts, logistic data and specifications of product.
- Analyse weekly sales report from customers to check performances and alert the team if over or under performing.
- Manage all samples to be received or sent to key stakeholders.
- Market research including competitive analysis, category analysis to provide recommendations for potential product/category launch.
- Prepare presentation for customer meetings based on specific know-how.
- Assist in the completion of supermarket's EOI by due dates.
- Manage positive and productive relationships with factories' area manager as requested.
- Prepare and record all customer complaints and quality questions.
- Manage inventory maintenance for our online shop & FMCG Cafe

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
- Min. Undergraduate - Bachelor in Commerce/ Admin
- Minimum 2 years' work experience
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong team player & self-motivated

**Salary**: $49,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
