Anglicare Southern Queensland's Home and Community teams are key in providing care to a range of older clients. Our teams provide support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence - living happily and healthily within their own homes.

**About the role**
We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate Social Worker to join our Community Service based in Meadowbrook that are responsible for providing services to clients in surrounding suburbs.

This part time position is pivotal in providing clinical services to our clients in the area of Social Work, developing, implementing and evaluating education by conducting sessions and/or workshops to staff, so they are better equipped to respond to any emerging issues in providing services to people with complex needs.

**About you**
As a passionate and experienced Social Worker, you will thrive in this inclusive environment, that allows you to have input and the opportunity to promote positive change.
- National Police Certificate (current within six months)
- Current Drivers Licence with own reliable vehicle
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent that would be recognised for eligibility for membership with, the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Current Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
