Great opportunity to grow your Security Services experience in a national and well-known organisation.

You bring to this role previous experience operating in a security services capacity within a large organisation or service provider, ideally within the banking environment.

With conflict resolution or de-escalation training or experience you are able to deal confidently and decisively with internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive and able to work unsupervised, while also enjoying contributing towards a small team environment. With great communication and organisation skills you are also capable across the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Known internally as a **Security Coordinator** you'll get to:

- Provide day to day support to the Manager, Protective Security including ad-hoc security related projects
- Deliver a Help Desk function for both branch and corporate security issues
- Coordinate the Critical Incident Response programme
- Maintain and enhance operating instructions, contact lists, asset registers, security records and Security Manuals
- Coordinate and arrange security related maintenance calls and monitor and follow-up warranty related issuesInvestigate and
- up activated alarms

This is a full-time position available for 12 months which can be based out of Melbourne, Bendigo or Adelaide offices. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week based out of a local Corporate Office. You will need to have the flexibility to be available for after hours on-call support for security issues on a rotating basis.
