This role is a
**customer-facing role** designed to deliver a community face of BlueCross Home Care. The role requires delivering on growth of HCP customers through in home customer sign ups, and the nurturing of relationships.
The role is responsible for the growth of the BlueCross Home Care business by promoting the BlueCross Home Care brand to external groups, generating new clients from existing programs, increasing enquiries and improving conversion of enquiries to Home Care Packages
**You will also be responsible for**:
- Providing expert advice on the variety of aged care home-based services provided by BlueCross that would best fit a potential client’s needs and preferences.
- Advising potential clients on the range of BlueCross services to meet their needs.
- Delivering a high conversion rate from enquiry to client
- Coordinating referrals, service agreements and administration processes to commence service assessment.
- Promoting BlueCross Home Care at external events and in local communities.
- Creating a pipeline of potential referral partners, e.g., RL Facilities, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, ACAS Assessors.
- Attend home visits to support the customer journey and sign-up new HCP opportunities
- Produce and develop appropriate care and support plans for that allow a smooth transition from sales to operational service delivery.
- Confirm client funding approvals (e.g., HCP and referral codes)
- Refer to BlueCross residential services (ensure residential respite is offered and planned if relevant to support care at home)
- Undertake and attend external marketing meetings/ opportunities e.g., Present at external functions.
- Attend referral-based activities driving future opportunities for Hom Care Growth.
**Essential**
- Understanding of aged care assessment and eligibility of different Government funded Programs.
- Experienced and skilled sales
- Goal and target driven.
- Excellent customer service skills that lead to high-quality customer service experience and satisfaction
- Highly developed skills in maintaining client management systems.
- Strong communication skills and capacity to maintain the personal dignity and confidentiality of all clients and their representatives.
- Demonstrated ability to follow guidelines with a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working effectively with a highly interactive team
