**About The Role**
As the Campaign Data Analyst in our Analytics and Insights team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data analytics to enhance our operational efficiency. Responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated campaign analytics and insights for our core cashback business and retail media, you will collaborate closely with business and engineering stakeholders to refine our overall business strategy.Proficient in integrating diverse tools and systems, you will ensure a rigorous and effective approach, identifying optimal sources for valuable insights. In this role, you will inject dynamism into our business landscape, ensuring every data-driven decision is dynamic and impactful.
**Your Focus**
- Devise A/B and multivariate testing strategies across all digital channels, ensuring tests are statistically significant and easily interpretable.
- Develop automated post-campaign analysis reporting and insights for internal stakeholders and clients in both the core cashback business and retail media, providing actionable recommendations, such as regular vs. boosted cashback campaigns.
- Segment appropriate cashback campaign audiences using statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with our retail media team to develop and maintain targeted media audiences, enhancing advertising effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics to refine audience segmentation and optimize media campaign performance.
- Design and implement automated post-campaign analytics for the media business, measuring advertising and promotional success and providing actionable insights based on key performance indicators.
- Co-create problem statements with relevant stakeholders to drive business-wide commercial and customer results efficiently.
**About You**
- Extensive expertise in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques such as regression, clustering & segmentation, and time series modelling
- Experience on any of these analytical platforms is highly desirable but not a requisite - Amplitude, Kevel, mParticle, Braze, and AppsFlyer.
- Strong business stakeholder management skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience leveraging data to uncover insights, predict behaviour, and add value, supporting ambitious business goals.
- Possess a curious mind, resilience, and a drive for innovation, demonstrating autonomy and conscientiousness in problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a top-tier consulting firm or industry, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Commercial acumen demonstrated by a deep understanding of business drivers and strategies for sustainable growth.
