**About the role**:
As a Digital Data Analyst, you will create data and analytics reporting for customers and other external stakeholders' digital products in order to support the monthly branch reporting. In addition, you will:

- Document key insights around user and customer experience gaps, current processes and accessibility.
- Work with business analysts and technical specialists, identifying and prioritising problems or useability issues reported by the product users requiring attention.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding the context, goals and key performance indicators of the business area.
- Undertake day-to-day analytical work on a range of tasks including regular and one-off analyses and ‘ad hoc’ requests.
- Create accessible data visualization.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in Data Analysis role, ideally within the Government, Disability, Aged Care or Healthcare space.
- Strong background in creating accessible data visualization
- Outstanding writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members from various disciplines
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

**Benefits**:

- $58.73 per hour + super

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
