**The role**: As the Manager Gateway Operations, you will Lead, develop and manage a highly skilled technical team in the delivery, operation and support of the of the gateway's infrastructure including firewalls and proxy services. These services enable secure access to enterprise systems and ensure defined service levels are met.Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to manage the provision and implementation of firewall and internet proxy enterprise assets in accordance with the defined implementation plan for resource capacity to ensure infrastructure is optimised.Are you right for this role?To secure this role you will have proven demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor teams of strategic and operational ICT professionals in line with contemporary human resource management practices.You will be experienced in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration management with well-development management skills.It is essential you have a high-level understanding and technical knowledge in the following technology domains:

- Internet gateways and firewall services
- External Access solutions
- Enterprise Network, both Wide and Local Area; Wireless technologies
- Load balancing; Authentication, Access, and Authorisation technologies; DNS and DHCP

Participating in on-call arrangements maybe required for this position.
