**The Role**:
We have a newly created role of Internal Support Analyst that will provide analysis, support and training to our national team of over 500 internal end-users. Reporting into the IT Solutions Manager, you will be provided excellent training and support as you learn our systems, quickly becoming a valued member of the Digital Solutions team.
- Perform broad range of administration tasks related to systems
- Perform level 2 support tasks around Office365
- Take ownership of the training plan for SharePoint, Teams and the other solutions linked to them (full training provided).
- Maintain training material, train users, and assess knowledge and understanding.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for Microsoft Teams and discuss practices for using O365 Groups.
- Monitor the use of system and MS Teams around the business to proactively identify areas that require attention.
- Improve the user experience by understanding search patterns and creating new search templates.
- Promote reporting with the use of Power BI, and work with the internal Power BI team.
**About You**:
We are seeking a bright and confident, solutions focused individual with a keen interest in IT (currently studying or recently qualified). We can provide excellent training to the right individual who will enjoy building relationships, have excellent communication and engagement skills and who is comfortable working with people over the phone, online and face to face.
- IT degree (or be studying to obtain one)
- Experience with the Microsoft solutions (level 1 support or above would be ideal)
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable delivering training via TEAMS to individuals or small groups (20% of role requirements)
- Experience engaging with end users and resolving requirements
- Good relationship building skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactivity and confidence to reaching out to users
- Aptitude for solving problems with technology
- Happy to travel to our other offices from time to time
