Childcare Role for Our Two-year-old

**Our Family**:

- We are a warm and welcoming family seeking a reliable, caring, and flexible person to help care for our two-year-old toddler E. The role is based at our home in Ferny Creek and would ideally be between 2pm-8pm, 3-4 weekdays per week. However, we are happy to work with your availability - both the days and hours are negotiable, and fewer hours can also be accommodated if needed. Additional hours may also be possible if desired.

**Your Duties**:

- Start Date: Flexible, but we would love for you to begin as soon as possible. Childcare Duties: Primarily caring for our active and curious two-year-old boy. Occasionally, our newborn (due early March) may be in the house, but newborn will be with mum who is on maternity leave. Location: Home-based role in Ferny Creek.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Qualifications & Requirements: We are enrolled in a government subsidy program, so the carer must have (or be working towards) a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education OR completed a similar relevant qualification. If you're willing to sign up and begin working towards this qualification, we're happy to guide you through the process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in childcare and early education There are a few additional administrative requirements (related to the subsidy program), but we can provide full support with these. Payment Options: Casual employee: $34/hour (less tax plus superannuation) ABN: $38.74/hour We are looking for someone who is compassionate, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
