We are seeking a motivated and caring Childcare Program Coordinator to lead our before and after school care and holiday programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs for children aged 5 – 12 years, building positive relationships with local families and mentoring and supporting their team to develop their skills.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality childcare programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, educators and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance to your team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in childcare or a related field (e.g. teaching, community services).
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check.
  • A willingness to obtain First Aid in a Childcare Setting and mandatory reporting certificates.
