Vet Casual Teacher

Are you passionate about education and dedicated to shaping the next generation of teachers and education support workers? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced educator to join our team and deliver high-quality vocational education programs.
**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Experience teaching and/or providing Education Support within a primary or secondary school setting
- Demonstrated ability to implement high quality innovative teaching and learning programs in a variety of learning modes which respond to a diverse range of student and client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to foster and promote an inclusive, customised and safe learning environment and provide support and advice to a diverse range of students and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in continuous improvement, audit processes and the maintenance of high-quality training and assessment materials.
- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of Vocational Education and Training policies and frameworks.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting pre-service Casual Teachers during practical placements
- Experience in the Vocational Education and Training sector
- Experience with learning management systems and capacity to manage a range of IT systems and software
- Experience with writing and developing teaching and learning resources with reference to Training Packages
**Qualifications**
- Relevant degree or vocational qualification in Education Support and/or Education/Teaching (primary or secondary). This includes a Bachelor, Graduate Diploma or Diploma of Education.
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or its successor
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
- TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and
- TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
