**About the opportunity**

Are you an enthusiastic and passionate team player? We are looking for a Crop Care Supervisor to lead and motivate a small team to attend to all growing needs of various crops, whilst achieving company KPI’s and highest quality standards ensuring optimum yield. Reporting directly to the Crop Manager you will have proven experience in training, instructing and motivating a small team to reach company targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage labour requirements and strategy
- Ensure quality and KPI targets are being achieved
- Manage performance of direct reports promptly
- Operate a range of plant and equipment the farm
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order and available for use
- Record and report on crop issues to appropriate department

**Skills and Experience**:

- Lead, manage and instruct crop care team
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound understanding of OHS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical, problem solving and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
