**About You**

You are someone who values team relationships and collaboration. Someone who believes in advocating for children's voices and has a strong understanding of the EYLF & VEYLDF. As well as how to implement the frameworks into your planning and everyday learning.

As the Room Leader, you would hold a:

- **Diploma in EC / Bachelor's in Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent**:

- **Current WWCC (Employee)**:

- **First Aids, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate**:

- **Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication**:

- **Current Working rights in Australia**

**About the Role**

This is a once is a lifetime opportunity to be part of an Exceeding community in Officer.

As a Diploma Qualified / Bachelor Qualified Room Leader you will oversee the planning and implementation of interactive, nurturing and child led learning activities that reflect the EYLF & VEYLDF to a group of toddler aged children.

You will be working in collaboration with the qualified and experienced educators in the room to create a safe, respectful and nurturing environment for the children to thrive and be ready for school in the coming years.
