Come and join our team at **Nido Early School** **Seaford,**who are on the lookout for a Lead Educator

As a **Lead Educator** in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children’s learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team.

**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:

- Seaford caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a piazza and an atelier
- Bus stops nearby for easy commute to work
- Opening hours 6:30am-6:30pm
- Working in our Nursery room with babies 6 months - 14 months old
- Long standing supportive team to guide you through your career progression
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (essential)
- In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
