**Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensure our corporate IT infrastructure is secure and operational with support of a managed service provider.
- Manage relationships with various IT vendors and ensure optimal levels of support and guidance are provided. Managing contractual agreements to align with the organisation's key operational requirements.
- Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build on existing relationships and influence positive outcomes.

**About you**:

- Minimum of 5+ years successful track record of undertaking a similar role supporting change in a Technology environment.
- Previous experience with Salesforce suite mandatory
- Salesforce Accredited highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management
- Experience with Project Management preferred
- Experience with SaaS and cloud software solutions required
- Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation
- Impeccable stakeholder engagement skills
