**What is unique about you?**:
As a polished, personable, and highly intelligent Executive Assistant you love being involved in all aspects of the business and being a true partner to your CEO. Incredible organisational skills are crucial for your success in this complex role, as there are high expectations while working in this fluid environment. You are well versed in providing all aspects of support including coordinating meetings, managing a busy inbox and diary, and organising travel. With flawless presentation, written and verbal communication skills, you will be motivated to excel and can work to conflicting deadlines. You love variety as no two days will be the same
**A snapshot of your role.**:
- Strategically and masterfully manage an extremely busy diary, ensuring the CEOs’ day runs smoothly and effectively coordinating any conflicts
- Manage prospect contacts, building relationships and nurturing them from prospect to client
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external inquiries to establish priorities and facilitate smooth communication of outcomes on behalf of the CEO
- Discreetly handling all matters relating to board meetings, including preparing agendas, correspondence and reports, collating and circulating documents, taking notes, distributing meeting records and following up on action items
- Partner with the CEO and the leadership team to develop long-term strategic plans and help with their execution
