Our merchandise business has grown significantly over the last 3 years, and we continue to thrive...We are now looking for a top talent Merchandise Manager to lead our merchandise and brand extension strategy for all brick and mortar, e-commerce and marketplace channels, leveraging trade integration opportunities and focus on delivering new, high quality merchandise goods to consumers across the Australian market via existing channels, as well as relentlessly prospecting for new points of distribution and incremental growth.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage all inventory, future buys and reporting for the network of Direct-to-Consumer Channels.
- Set up supply chain for all of our brand extensions (from apparel, fashion, glass and cool-ware, foot-ware, )
- Partner with agencies, co-brand partners and brand teams to design, develop, sell and promote new goods and services in line with each brand’s goals and objectives.
- Drive the merchandising agenda across all key sales touchpoints including direct sales, trade activity integration and catalogue creation
- Establish best in class practices and benchmarks that will be used to monitor and delivery program performance.
- Manage 2 direct reports

- Sound experience working in retail buying and product management.
- Experience in increasing brand worth through merchandise, brand extension in retail and/or eCommerce
- Experience with the management of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Intelligent Reach)
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
