We are seeking for an experienced Governance Support to join our team within the Federal Government Department in Canberra.
The Governance Support person is required to support the Governance Manager to coordinate and track Governance Reviews for the LC4 Program. Assist in the preparation of governance and management forums including the Program Steering Group and Capability Management Board. Assist in the coordination of correspondence, briefings and presentations for the LC4 Executive. Due to the significant volume of capability assessments, Work Take On (WTO), future and extant projects & tranches, and CMO routine, this position is critical to the management of the Program's governance and provides redundancy in this critical team. This role works within the Capability Management Office (CMO) supporting the SO1 Capability Management and LC4 Governance Manager.
**Essential Criteria**:
Demonstrated experience as a business analyst or project practitioner
An ability to present and explain One Defence Capability System policy and guidance
Experience in enterprise governance practices
Highly effective written skills to support documentation requirements
Ability to effectively work in an agile team environment
