**Purpose of the role**
Padua are looking for an organised, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for assisting Padua Sales Managers in gaining new business clients.
**Core responsibilities**
- Book meetings for Sales Managers with financial advisers, practice principals, and dealer group or licensee staff.
- Book meetings with platform, investment management, insurance company and other representatives from providers of financial advice products and service.
- Generate leads and planning and organizing daily work schedule of Sales Managers.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to arrange demos and training sessions.
- Prepare professional, concise, and accurate proposals, and other documentation as required by Sales Managers.
- Supporting the Head of Sales with additional tasks to support the team as required.
**Skills, knowledge and abilities**
- 1-5 years in sales preferably within financial services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Personal integrity
**Desirable attributes**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills
