**The Role**

The Head of Finance and Insurance is a key role will be responsible for Managing the team of Business Managers as well as contributing to the attainment of BMW and internal targets for Finance volume, F&I income, and Departmental profitability.

The key skills and experience required are:

- BMW Finance accreditation and Industry regulatory compliance
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Proven Business Manager success ideally in a prestige environment
- Team player and able to build strong relationships with all areas of the business with a focus New, Used, MINI and Motorrad teams
- Ability to adapt to market conditions and accept the responsibility to meet budgets
- Commitment and passion
