The position - Customer Service / Retail Sales Assistant
We’re looking For Friendly, Enthusiastic Customer Service / Retail Sales Assistants to join our sales team If you are a confident individual who is an overachiever looking to learn new skills and tools leadnig for success, you might be a good fit for this role.

Casual Xmas positions for Juniors available.

**Duties**:

- Greeting walk-in customers & prospects in the shopping center
- Introducing our printing products, services and pricing
- Processing & printing sales orders
- Processing payment with our EFTPOS, POS machine
- Day opening and day end store closing procedure
- Keep store in high standards
- Ongoing equipment maintanance

Key Requirements:

- Self-confidence

- Computer Skills - basic
- Friendly And Confident Approach To Customers
- Great Communication Skills
- Creative Team Player
- Retail / Customer Service Experience is a small advantage but not essential
- Direct Sales Experience is a small advantage but not essential
