Compassionate Care WA is currently seeking **Aged Care and Disability Support Workers** who live in and around **Ellenbrook, WA, Australia**, to provide high-quality care and support to elderly individuals and people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their homes and community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate manual handling techniques
- Administering medication as per care plans
- Supporting clients with complex care needs
- Assisting with meal preparation and special dietary requirements
- Helping clients with domestic tasks, including cleaning and laundry
- Providing social and emotional support to enhance client well-being
- Driving clients to appointments, shopping, and community outings
- Assisting with therapy and exercise programs as prescribed by Allied Health professionals
- Accurately documenting and reporting on client progress and care

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Aged Care or Disability Support (preferred but not mandatory)
- A compassionate and caring nature
- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (mandatory)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- Willingness to drive a modified vehicle (Essential for certain clients)
- Ability to participate in hydrotherapy sessions (Essential for certain clients)

**Shift Availability**:

- **24-hour shifts or flexible shifts of 8 AM to 8 PM / 8 PM to 8 AM**

**Location: Greenville, Mandurah.**
