**The Role**
- Colac Office - full time permanent role_

Manage your established caseload of job seekers and local employers who need workers.

Your energy and persistence does more than just connect job seekers with employers. It ensures the RIGHT connections to achieve long term employment targets. Drive an established caseload supporting job seekers to key milestones. Engage with new job seekers through setting clear expectations and goals to achieve success.

Confidently engage with both existing and new employer contacts and influence them to hire our job seekers. Provide solutions to barriers enabling sustainability within each individual’s employment opportunity. The work is high paced and KPI driven yet rewarding.

**Duties**
- Place clients into work
- Maintain accurate records
- Manage stakeholders
- Generate leads and source vacancies
