As anEmployment Consultant in the recently announced Inclusive EmploymentAustralia, you’ll work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainableemployment opportunities. You will guide, support, and motivate participants ontheir journey to employment, while developing strong relationships withemployers and support organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilising a person-centredapproach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
- Developing positive partnershipswith local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
- Enhancing employabilitythrough referral to support services and training
- Providing in-employmentsupport to sustain employment
- Marketing your participants’skills to prospective employers
- Achieving programperformance and quality benchmarks
- Keeping detailed, accuraterecords and adhering to all compliance requirements
- Actively participating inthe local community to promote services

- Passionate & Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment
- Relationship Builders who have strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with participants and employers
- Quality focused with an attention to detail and an ability to follow guidelines

- Tech-Savvy and confident in using computers and online systems
