Data Support Analyst

The Data Support Analyst has overall accountability for the useability, design, performance, maintenance, and enhancements to the Data Warehouse. This role is expected to undertake, resolve, and close incidents arising in the data warehouse, perform SQL development and regular releases. **What will you do?** - Take on the day-to-day support, incident management, supporting key activities, change, and release deployments. - Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner. - SQL Development **What do you need?** - 3+ years support experience of critical Data systems (Oracle / SQL Server / Redshift / Snowflake / Postgres) - Extensive SQL querying and Data analysis experience - Job/task Scheduling (SQL Agent, Linux) - Non-functional testing experience including documentation of plans and results. - Linux server support - BCP/ Disaster recovery planning - Working knowledge of Unix/Linux Shell Scripting - Demonstrated experience in change & release management **What's in it for you?** - Permanent Role in a high performing Data team with flexible, family, culture - Sydney CBD location with a flexible Hybrid working model - Excellent career development opportunity to move into engineering - Minimal weekends or after-hours support required (2 hours per month) - Agile Deployments during the day (hence no need for after-hours support) This is a fantastic career opportunity to join a high-performing data team and to work with ever-evolving technology.
