Time: 6:30 am - 9:30 am & 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm (including additional flexibility for during school hours + occasional ad hoc evenings)

Pay: $40-$45 per hour

Our lovely Bondi family is seeking a nurturing, organised nanny to become an integral part of their family. The ideal nanny will bring a fun, calm, and active approach, understand positive parenting, and offer patient, compassionate support. The nanny will be a confident communicator - someone the children can trust and rely on.

This long-term role offers a wonderful opportunity to create a meaningful bond with two lovely children while supporting their development in a warm, respectful, and collaborative environment.

The nanny’s day begins by assisting with school prep such as lunchboxes, and uniforms followed by two separate school drop-offs. Afternoons will be filled with school pick-ups, activities, homework support, and preparing simple healthy meals for the children only. The role is dynamic and varied, with plenty of opportunity to engage with the children and help shape their daily routines. It is important the nanny is highly organized and has a strong attention to detail - as the children split their time equally between each parent’s home.

The family have a housekeeper and only require the nanny to manage the children’s routines, keeping their spaces tidy, cleaning up after meal prep, running light errands such as grocery shopping, and offering flexibility during the day and some evenings. Mum is home part-time, so a collaborative and respectful working style is important.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Balancing, and organising the children’s schedule and routine
- Building a strong relationship with the family
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Managing child-related chores
- School pick-up and drop off
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the child

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- Non-smoker
- A full valid driver’s license (with car preferred)
- A minimum of 3+ years of full-time experience working with children in Australia
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current National Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Excellent communication and English skills

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
