Nature Kit Pty Ltd has been operating in for over 8 years starting at a small wholesale mushroom kit. Due to new expansion of our business in logistic and construction avenues for green life and landscaping, we are looking for supply chain and distribution manager to join our team. The role is primarily responsible for all aspects of our expanding logistics and distributions in NSW and Melbourne and Brisbane. You are reporting to COO. **Eligibility Criteria**:

- Having relevant Education qualification: Bachelor or higher degree
- At least 3 years of experience in green life transport logistics and construction industry is a must
- You must have full time work rights in Australia

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Set up and oversight new warehouse and crossdocking services in Melbourne
- Coordinated our supply chains and logistics between Melbourne
- Sydney-Brisbane.
- Oversee all aspects of the logistics, order entry, inventory, warehouse, crossdocking, and customer service areas including stock takes
- Drive efficiencies and improvements across your areas of responsibility
- Manage relationships internally and externally
- Manage supplier relationships
- Ensure Customer Service KPI's are met
- The role also requires you to be hands on in all your areas of responsibility, when necessary
- Responsible for escalated customer queries on services and pricing
- Responsible for review, update and uploading of pricing and discounts
- Update company policies and procedures
- Implementation of supply chain optimisation
- Negotiate and Maintain favorable Terms and Conditions including cost and payment terms
- Maintain ordering and tracking process required from Suppliers
- Conduct Regular Meetings
- Develop performance metrics and reporting
- Develop Supplier approval and categorization process
- Preparing and maintaining a trolley tracking system across (Internal Control System) all states to help control the assets on hand and maintain an accurate asset register.
- Organise and allocate runs
- Rostering drivers and warehouse staffs
- A person with out-of-the-box thinking and a positive attitude towards solving problems.

**Other Requirements**:

- Experience in the operating logistics industry will be highly regarded
- You will be a supply chain and distribution manager with a willingness and capacity to be a part of an amazing operation team to provide the operational strategies, information and reporting needed by the business and the senior management team accurately and promptly.
- You will have an eye for trends and detail and have advanced excel skills.
