**About the role**:
Our Retail Managers are the leaders of our brand. They’re the customer service experts who know how to welcome and inspire people and connect with them on a personal level to help them be the very best at work.

**What you’ll bring**
- Someone with retail experience, particularly in beauty (who loves leading teams that enjoy providing great customer service)
- A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty
- Great communication skills (so you can form genuine connections with customers)
- A creative touch for merchandising
- An experienced, supportive and inspirational leader
- Experience in training and service focussed is also a big plus
