We are seeking motivated and professional individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment to join the Clerical Workforce at Western Health as part of expanded afternoon working hours. Our ward clerks cover all inpatient wards across Sunshine, Footscray and Williamstown as well as some specialty day procedure areas. The clerical role often has changing and competing demands - responsibilities include managing reception, clerical and data entry duties relating to the patient journey through each area/department, communicating with all relevantareas, facilitating bed allocations and the maintenance of patient medical records. Customer service, team work and data accuracy are key elements of the role.

We are seeking part time staff available to work PM shifts 1600-2130 throughout the week at Sunshine, Footscray and/or Williamstown hospitals. **P**lease indicate in your cover letter your ideal number of shifts/hours per fortnight and any preferences in campus.**

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise duties, work under pressure, and ability to adapt and be flexible to change
- Clear understanding of the importance of data integrity
