Opulence College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Canberra.

As a Trainer & Assessor for the CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support and CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services courses, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and assessment to our students. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring students acquire the practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary for successful careers in the ageing and community services industries.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Relevant qualifications in ageing support and community services with the minimum of a Certificate IV in Ageing Support and a Diploma in Community Services

**Skills and abilities**:

- Significant industry experience in the ageing support and community services sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support and CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services training packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and other educational technologies

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in line with the CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support and CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services curricula.
- Conduct student assessments using diverse methods, including practical demonstrations, written tests, and workplace evaluations.
- Offer constructive feedback and support to students to aid their learning and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate and thorough student records and assessment documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance and currency of training content.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
