**Job Description**:
As the Inventory and Pick Pack Manager you will:

- Liaise effectively with external stakeholders, reporting on inventory performance metrics.
- Promote and maintain a culture of health and safety ensuring standards are met.
- Provide training and mentorship to a team of 17 direct reports.
- Analyse data sets and develop action plans for any defects that are identified within inventory integrity
- Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly action plans that increase quality, inventory accuracy and service
- Manage a site-based Inventory Control/Quality Assurance Program

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience working in an FMCG warehouse, preferably 3PL will be highly regarded.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Accuracy and high attention to detail is essential
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced level of Microsoft Excel with the capability to analyse large data sets
- Effective time management skills and self-discipline
- Ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies and service problems
- Be a team player and lead a team to meet the set objectives/targets
