Core to what we do, is a strong operations team and as a Dispatcher at our Wingfield site you’ll have the autonomy to thrive in your role and a wonderful team to support you when needed.

You’ll play a vital role by helping our 40+ drivers to deliver waste management services to our valued stakeholders. Being highly organised you’ll support the team with your strong safety values and customer service skills.

You’ll use your positive attitude and natural ability to solve problems to great effect in this role. Did we mention no two days are the same?

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Fulfilling daily operational tasks including driver workload and job fulfillment, the completion of skip run sheets, route efficiency reviews and data entry/reporting
- Providing support in the instance of any customer grievances
- Effective communication with customers, drivers and sub-contractors to ensure collection services exceed customer expectations
- Ensuring accurate recording of operational data in our system, Wastedge
- Ensuring that all WH&S, fatigue management, organisational policies, procedures and local laws are complied with.

**Who you are**:
You will bring the following to this role:

- Prior experience in an operational and/or logístical role (highly advantageous)
- Thorough knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in the local area
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Sound decision making and conflict resolution skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- High levels or resilience and prioritisation skills - this is a fast-paced role
- Prior experience in waste, recycling, transport or logistics is desirable but not essential
