Perth Airport, Australia Perth Airport Full time

Perth Airport is Australia’s Western Hub connecting the people, businesses and communities of Western Australia with the rest of Australia and the world. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year, Perth Airport plays a significant role in providing economic, social and cultural benefits to West Australians.

Perth Airport is investing more than $5 billion in new infrastructure so we can support our airline partners to grow, offering more services to new destinations and an improved customer experience.

Over the coming decade we will expand T1 International, and build new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks and our first airport hotel. This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.

The Perth Airport estate is spread over 2100 hectares and has developed a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.

We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.

Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Data Analyst.

**What you'll do**:
As our HR Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming people data into strategic insights that drive planning, workforce decision, and remuneration strategies.

From designing dashboards to supporting executive and board reporting, you’ll partner across the business to elevate how we use data to make decisions. You'll also help embed AI, automation, and predictive analytics into our people processes - paving the way for smarter, faster insights.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and human side of data, and who thrives on continuous improvement, storytelling through analytics, and creating user-friendly tools for decision-makers.
- Building dynamic reports and dashboards across performance, remuneration, talent, and workforce metrics.
- Supporting major people cycles (rem reviews, succession planning) with accurate and timely data.
- Using data modelling and visualisation tools like Power BI to inform workforce and business strategy.
- Exploring AI and automation to improve reporting, efficiency, and access to insights.
- Benchmarking against market trends and contributing to policy, reward, and organisational design.
- Uplifting data literacy and empowering teams through self-service and education.

**About you**:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights. You’ll also have:

- A degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Data Analytics or related discipline.
- Proven experience in people or workforce analytics with a solid understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into strategic insights.
- Familiarity with remuneration benchmarking, workforce surveys, and supporting reward frameworks.
- A proactive approach to exploring automation and AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data integrity, governance, and continuous improvement.
- A collaborative and curious nature, always looking to learn and improve processes through innovation.

**About Us**:
We offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration. Our competitive remuneration package comes with additional company benefits including free parking.

Doing the right thing by the planet and future generations is important to us. At PAPL we place a strong emphasis on embedding sustainability throughout our business strategy and operations. We remain steadfast in our commitment to driving ESPG (Environmental, Social, People, Governance) performance across our value chain and areas that have material environmental and social impact.
