**AM Shifts Available**

**Environmental Services Assistant (Diagnostic Imaging & Angio Department)**

Week 1 and 3 _(5 shifts per week)_

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 0630 - 1430

Saturday & Sunday 0900 - 1700

Week 2 and 4 _(2 shifts per week)_

Thursday & Friday 0630 -1430
- (52.5 hours per fortnight)_

The General Services Department at Dandenong Hospital requires an Environmental Services Assistant to work as part of our team performing cleaning in our Diagnostic Imaging and Angio Department.

**A Day in the Life**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Environmental cleaning
- Cleaning of floors surfaces
- Cleaning stairwells, windows, window ledges and other surfaces
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning

**About You**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Holds a strong commitment to working effectively as part of a team
- Takes pride in your work with great attention to detail
- Has great time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks

**What you need**:

- Certificate III Cleaning Services _(Desirable)_
- Able to undertake physical work including lifting, carrying and manual handling
- A high standard of demonstrated experience in customer service
- Ability to work with a cohesive team or individually to complete daily tasks
- Ability to understand, follow and implement written instructions and company procedures
- Excellent understanding of infection control procedures
- Basic to intermediate computer / digital skills
