**Tasks & Responsibilities**

The responsibilities of the Team Leader consist of but are not limited to:

- Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner consistent with established procedures, policies and practices
- Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to maintain and develop accurate records of operations and plans.
- Oversee Property Services employees and relevant sub-contract labour.
- Manage and perform daily and regular maintenance and minor repairs on plant and equipment
- Provide accurate and timely paperwork
- Record and report damage, hazards, customer requests and work practice concerns.
- Teach, demonstrate, and guide employees on the job.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Qualification in horticulture or related field driver's license
- Chemical applicators certificate
- Level 2 First Aid
- Proven experience in parks and gardens maintenance operations
- Expertise in the field of horticulture maintenance
- Ability to safely and effectively operate a wide range of equipment
- Ability to set targets to prescribed deadlines and priorities work programmes

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
