**The Role**:
Our Allied Health Assistants are part of our broader internal Allied Health Team at St Basil's Homes (SA). Our Allied Health Team provide care services which aim to support in improving resident health outcomes.

Led by our Allied Health Manager and Senior Physiotherapists / Occupational Therapists, you will assist with providing professional high-quality care and services to residents of our Croydon Park and St Peters site/s.

Key to this position is the formation of good working relationships with the Allied Health, Living Well and clinical teams within St Basils Homes SA.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance **(3rd or 4th Year Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy student welcome to apply)**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with older people
- Awareness of dementia
- Willingness to embrace and demonstrate the values of the organisation
- Flexible and proactive approach to work with a desire to learn and be part of a team
