Clinical and Quality Business Partner

This full-time position is responsible for effectively partnering and mentoring the clinical leadership teams within ACH Group with a strong focus on clinical governance and quality through community of practice. A key focus for the role is to ensure ACH Group is compliant with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission standards by providing exceptional care and services across both residential aged care and within the community. Working with clinical leadership teams across ACH Group to deliver a high-quality care in line with our Clinical Governance Framework. The role provides clinical guidance and education to staff at all levels of the ACH Group business.
**In this role, your responsibilities will include**:

- Support Quality Management, Governance and continuous improvement
- Provide quality expertise around current accreditation standards
- Coaching and mentoring staff at all ACH Group sites
- Undertake data analysis, evaluation and reporting
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Participate and contribute to the development and delivery of the quality business strategy

What will set you apart from the rest
You will enjoy working with a variety of key stakeholders and maintain positive relationships. Have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, PC literacy and the ability to manage multiple tasks and programs along with:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or allied health professional
- Thorough understanding of Total Quality Management systems, policies and procedural frameworks and risk management frameworks
- Sound clinical experience within the aged care environment
- Knowledge in core business processes, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be willing to travel to and work form different ACH Group locations
- You will hold a current drivers licence

A satisfactory police clearance for working in aged care less than 12 months old before commencement.

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
