Poolwerx is Australia’s largest franchised Pool and Spa care network of retail stores and mobile vans. We are looking for a Full Time Service Coordinator to join our established Rockingham/Waikiki team.
Key Responsibilities

Quality control, customer service enquiries

Supervise & motivate four technicians

Manage service schedule, maintain & update status of service projects

Delegate & collaborate tasks to team members

Invoicing, quoting and spare parts research

Stock control

Implement marketing & business strategies to improve productivity

Assess overall monthly sales & service performance

Support retail staff when required

To be Successful for this position, essential attributes are required

Minimum of 2 years scheduling experience, including leading a team

Retail/mobile experience within the Pool/SPA industry is preferred

OR knowledge of pool equipment & water chemistry is an advantage

100% commitment to customer service satisfaction

Outstanding administrative communication, organisational & leadership skills

Self motivation “can do” attitude, focus on quality service and sales

Excellent problem solving skills

Previous experience of NetSuite/Oracle system is highly regarded

Sound understanding of research methods & data analysis

Experience in word & excel
