Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintain, update, and publish digital content onto online marketplaces such as Amazon and/or eBay. This includes posting our products, images, and content across these eCommerce websites based on SEO requirements to drive organic website traffic and engage potential customers.
- Ensuring the accuracy of product details, price, and description on all HEQS’ online marketplaces, this includes the official websites, eBay, Catch and Amazon, etc.
- Regularly review eCommerce content including product descriptions, stock levels, and functionality - proactively reporting your findings and solution suggestions.
- Create reports and dashboards in Google Analytics for performance reporting.
- Monitor sites for operational issues and troubleshoot.
- Resolve issues concerning data effectively and efficiently.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales via the content and online customer experience.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
